Structure et fonctionnement des écosystèmes marins côtiers

Etude des interactions entre les facteurs biotiques et abiotiques au sein des écosystèmes côtiers et de leur variabilité spatio-temporelle par le biais de la modélisation écologique. Intégration des processus physiques (hydrodynamiques et sédimentaires) et biologiques (production primaire, interactions trophiques) influençant la dynamique des écosystèmes côtiers.
Modélisation de la réponse écophysiologique des consommateurs primaires (bivalves) à la variabilité spatio-temporelle de la disponibilité de la ressource trophique.
Etude de la structure et du fonctionnement des réseaux trophiques par marquage isotopique et intégration dans la modélisation écologique des réseaux trophiques.

Mots clés : Ecologie, modélisation des écosystèmes, couplage physique-biologie, modèle écophysiologique, réseau trophique, écosystèmes côtiers, isotopes stables.
